#### Zoom Enabled Phone or Tablet

Ensure that your device has video and audio capabilities, so the Pro can see your space and talk through ideas for remodeling.

#### Tape Measure

Measure out the space beforehand or bring a tape measure to do it during the consultation.

#### Plans or Ideas

It is extremely helpful to think about critical factors, like timeline, budget, and scope, so the Pro can help you decide how to best make these changes to your home.

#### Paper and Pencil

# Things to Keep In Mind

 Video Conferencing

All Remote Home Service Consultations are conducted via Zoom, an online video conferencing service. The details and link on how to join will be sent in your confirmation email. Here are some tutorials if you are using Zoom for the first time:

We know things come up, so we want to work with you. If you need to reschedule, feel free to do so. If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so up to 48 hours before the consultation.
