#### Zoom Enabled Phone or Tablet

Ensure that your device has video and audio capabilities, so the Pro can see your plumbing set up.

#### Flat Head and Phillips Head Screwdrivers

You may need to unscrew the faucet and tighten a few things, using these tools.

#### Channel Locks

Sometimes, the problem is not with the faucet at all, for these times it is helpful to have these pliers.

#### Flashlight

A flashlight can be helpful to light up those hard to see places. Unfortunately, you cannot use Zoom and a flashlight on your device at the same time, so keep that in mind when choosing a light.

#### Paper and Pencil

Always helpful to have a paper and pencil handy so that you can jot down a few quick notes as the Pro guides you through troubleshooting.

 Video Conferencing

All Remote Home Service Consultations are conducted via Zoom, an online video conferencing service. The details and link on how to join will be sent in your confirmation email. Here are some tutorials if you are using Zoom for the first time:
