Ensure that your device has video and audio capabilities, so the Pro can see your space and help you identify places that are using electricity unnecessarily.

Flashlight 

A flashlight can be helpful to light up those hard to see places. Unfortunately, you cannot use Zoom and a flashlight on your device at the same time, so keep that in mind when choosing a light.

Paper and Pencil

Always helpful to have a paper and pencil handy so that you can jot down a few quick notes as the Pro guides you through troubleshooting.

All Remote Home Service Consultations are conducted via Zoom, an online video conferencing service. The details and link on how to join will be sent in your confirmation email. Here are some tutorials if you are using Zoom for the first time:
