Zoom Enabled Phone or Tablet

Ensure that your device has video and audio capabilities, so the Pro can see the thermostat screen to give you the best instructions.

Manual

If you have it, dust off your manual to help the Pro target some of the difficulties with set up.

Paper and Pencil

Always helpful to have a paper and pencil handy so that you can jot down a few quick notes as the Pro instructs you how to program it. This will allow you to change it with changing seasons or weather.

Things to Keep In Mind

All Remote Home Service Consultations are conducted via Zoom, an online video conferencing service. The details and link on how to join will be sent in your confirmation email. Here are some tutorials if you are using Zoom for the first time:
