Ensure that your device has video and audio capabilities, so the Pro can see your disposal and under your sink.
If the disposal is stuck, the Pro will guide you through using an allen wrench to fix it.
If there is no noise coming from the disposal at all, the plug the disposal is connected to might be at fault. Confirm with a plug tester.
Be sure to bring paper in addition to any plans you have to allow plenty of room to write down helpful ideas from the Pro.
Generally, there is not enough lighting under a sink for a Pro to see what is going on. Bring a flashlight to show the problem, but keep in mind that you cannot use the same device for both a flashlight and video conferencing.

Walkthrough your home and discuss ideas and layouts for additions, bath and kitchen upgrades, hardwood flooring, paint and more.
Look at your plumbing setup and pipe layout with a pro to help diagnose ways to unclog and/or avoid future obstructions.
Discuss your existing outdoor spaces and explore your ideas, like size, shape, and look to brainstorm possible configurations and material types.
Look at your appliance together and if an easy fix isn't feasible, like relighting the pilot light together, get advice on next steps.
